| PROCEDURE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION |
| 1. 100% advance would be required to confirm the booking |
| 2. All requests for hotel accommodation can be mailed to tirupathi@cimindia.net |
| 3. A confirmation shall be communicated to the delegate by Email |
| 4. All payments to be in DD/Cheque in favor of “Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt Ltd,” payable at New Delhi |
| 5. On-line registration for accommodation is available |

| TERMS & CONDITIONS |
| 1. Room reservation will be accepted for a minimum of "2 nights block" from 1-3 December,2011 |
| 2. The above hotel rates are inclusive of all taxes, bed and buffet breakfast |
| 3. All changes or cancellation must be made in writing & will be subject to conditions mentioned below |
| 4. The number of nights booked will be based on the details provided by the delegates and their travel plans |
| 5. All refunds will be made one month after the conference ends |
| 6. Early check in and late check out will be charged |
| 7. In case of NO-SHOW, there will be no refund |
| 8. 5 star and 4 / 3 star hotels will be check in time at 1400hrs and check out 1200hrs |
| 9. These rates are available only for APVRS delegates. |

| DEADLINE & CANCELLATION POLICY |
| 1. Please note that the last date for hotel booking is 1st November, 2011. After which, rooms will be subject to availability. |
| 2. For Cancellation received after 1st November, 2011 a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged (30 days prior) |
| 3. For Cancellation received between 15th October and 31st October, 2011 a cancellation charge amounting to 50% of total invoice amount will be charged |
